NFM - Deferred Publication of 2010 Annual Report

National Flour Mills Limited (NFM) has advised the Exchange that it is experiencing some delay in the publication of its 2010 Annual Report which it should have submitted by April 30th, 2011.

Nine (9) directors were appointed to the Board at a Special Shareholders meeting held on March 3rd, 2011 and the Board required some time to become familiar with the unique operations of NFM to acquire an understanding of the financials before granting their approval.

As a consequence of this, NFM has requested a one month extension of the deadline for submission of the Annual Report.
