GK - Listing of Shares

This is to advise of the following:

180,759 Ordinary Shares in GraceKennedy Limited will be admitted to the Official List of the Stock Exchange on Wednesday 17th September 2008, thus increasing the Company’s issued share capital to 331,010,662 Ordinary Shares.

These shares are issued pursuant to a Stock Option Plan for Managers of GraceKennedy Limited.
