Good Caribbean food in an instant

GRACE Caribbean recently launched a new range of frozen meals at Veni Mange Restaurant in Woodbrook.

The frozen meals, including Jerk Chicken with Rice and Peas, Jerk Chicken and Curried Chicken with White Rice, need only five minutes in the microwave.

Each features the cooking styles and seasonings that make Caribbean cuisine stand out as one of the world’s hottest food trend.

“The taste of each meal recreates an experience of authentic flavours reminiscent of the islands,” said Anthony Lawrence, head of New Product Development for Grace.

The products are now available locally, as well as in leading Caribbean stores and supermarkets in the United States and Canada.
