GHL - Listing of Shares

This is to advise of the following:

61,425 Ordinary Shares in Guardian Holdings Limited will be admitted to the Official List of the Stock Exchange on Thursday 28th August, 2008, thus increasing the Company’s issued share capital to 202,280,534 Ordinary Shares.

These shares have been issued pursuant to the Executive Share Option plan for directors of Guardian Holdings Limited.
