SFC-Appointment of New Director

Sagicor Financial Corporation has advised that at the fifth Annual Meeting of company Mr. John Shettle, Jr. was elected to serve as a Director for a period of three years.

Mr. Shettle who was appointed a Director of the Group’s US subsidiaries, Sagicor USA Inc, Laurel Life Insurance Company and Sagicor Life Insurance Company in 2006.
