AIC Financial Group Limited has informed the Exchange that at the Annual General Meeting of AIC Capital Market Brokers Limited and AIC Securities Limited held on June 23rd, 2008, Mr. Hugh Edwards was appointed a Director of both Companies effective June 23rd, 2008.
