GHL - Listing of Shares

This is to advise of the following:

50,255 Ordinary Shares in Guardian Holdings Limited will be admitted to the Official List of the Stock Exchange on Tuesday 22nd July, 2008, thus increasing the Company’s issued share capital to 202,081,599 Ordinary Shares.

These shares have been issued pursuant to the Executive Share Option plan for directors of Guardian Holdings Limited.
