GKC - Listing of Shares

30,718 Ordinary Shares in GraceKennedy Limited will be admitted to the Official List of the Stock Exchange on Monday 7th July 2008, thus increasing the Company’s issued share capital to 330,829,903 Ordinary Shares.

These shares are issued pursuant to a Stock Option Plan for Managers of GraceKennedy Limited
