NFM - Resignation of CEO

National Flour Mills Limited has informed the Stock Exchange that Mr. Anthony Joseph – Chief Executive Officer (Acting) submitted his resignation from National Flour Mills Limited on May 28, 2008. His resignation is effective from June 13, 2008

Ms. Gilian Pollidore will replace Mr. Joseph as the Chief Executive Officer (Acting) effective June 13, 2008.
