GHL - Listing of Shares

This is to advise of the following:

44,355 Ordinary Shares in Guardian Holdings Limited will be admitted to the Official List of the Stock Exchange on Wednesday 28th May 2008, thus increasing the Company’s issued share capital to 202,031,344 Ordinary Shares.

These shares have been issued pursuant to the to the Executive Share Option plan for directors of Guardian Holdings Limited.
