NML - Listing of Shares

This is to advise of the following:

2,156,759 Ordinary Shares in Neal & Massy Holdings Limited will be admitted to the Official List of the Stock Exchange on Wednesday 7th May, 2008, thus increasing the Company’s issued share capital to 99,306,130 Ordinary Shares.

The shares are issued as a result of the following:
1. Exercise of Options by Senior Executive Management – 5,000
2. Shares issued to BS&T shareholders with respect to the Neal & Massy Offer and Take-over Bid – 2,151,759 shares.
