FCI - Resignation of Charles Pink

First Caribbean International Bank Limited has informed the Stock Exchange of the resignation of Mr. Charles Pink from the position of Chief Executive Officer. The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. John D. Orr, a First Caribbean Board Member, as the new Chief Executive Officer.
