RBL - Listing of Shares

This is to advise of the following:

37,041 ordinary shares in Republic Bank Limited will be admitted to the Official List of the Stock Exchange on Monday 5th May, 2008, thus increasing the Company’s issued share capital to 160,301,852 ordinary shares.

The issued shares are the result of the Company’s exercising its Share Option Plan for Executive Management.
