This is to advise of the following:
306,555,644 shares of Sagicor Financial Corporation Limited (SFC) was de-listed from the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchang Limited (TTSE) as at close of business on Monday 19th April 2021

The de-listing is pursuant to an Order of the Securities and Exchange Commission dated March 26th 2021 (the Order), made under Section 45(1) and 45(2) of the Securities Act, Chapter 83:02.
