Dividend Announcement

The Directors have approved the payment of a Third Interim Dividend of One Dollar and Forty-Four Cents ($1.44) per ordinary share payable on 24 November 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on 07 November 2016.

Record Date and Closing of Register

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Companies Act (Chap. 81:01) the Directors have fixed 07 November 2016 as the Record Date for payment of the Third Interim Dividend.

The Transfer Book and Register of Members will be closed on 08 and 09 November 2016 for processing of transfers to facilitate payment of this Dividend.
