Based on the unaudited financial results for the half-year ended 30th June 2016, the Directors have approved the payment of an interim dividend of 25 cents per share. This dividend will be paid on Monday 29th August 2016 to shareholders on record at the close of business on Tuesday 23rd August 2016.

Record date and closing of register
Notice is hereby given that the Directors have fixed Tuesday 23rd August, 2016 as the Record Date for payment of the interim dividend.

The Transfer book and Register of Members will be closed on August 24th and August 25th for processing of transfers to facilitate payment of this dividend.
