National Flour Mills Limited - Notice of Special and Annual Meeting

The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited (TTSE) received notice from NFM that meetings of shareholders of NFM have been scheduled for Friday 1st July, 2016 as follows:

1.    9:30 a.m. – Special Meeting of Shareholders to remove eight (8) existing Directors and to elect six (6) new Directors. Shareholders will be asked to re-elect one Director.
2.    10:30 a.m. – Forty-third Annual Meeting of Shareholders.

The meetings will be held in the Calypso Lounge, Level 12, Radisson Trinidad, Wrightson Road, Port of Spain.

The Directors to be elected are as follows:

•    Mr. Nigel Romano;
•    Dr. Joseph Neville Jacob;
•    Ms. Sonja Voisin;
•    Ms. Aliyah Jaggassar,
•    Mr. Shane Correia; and
•   Ms. Karen Shaw.

Mr. Ross Alexander will be up for re-election.

The Directors to be removed are as follows:

•    Mr. Michael Bazie;
•    Ms. Cindy Sadaphal;
•    Mr. Khalil Mohammed;
•    Ms. Karen Tom Yew;
•    Ms. Lynette Abraham;
•    Ms. Aleena Ali;
•    Mr. Lloyd Mungal; and
•    Ms. Lalita Ramrakha.
