JMMB - Acquisition of Intercommercial Bank Limited and Intercommercial Trust and Merchant Bank

Jamaica Money Market Brokers Limited has informed the Stock Exchange that the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago (CBTT) has completed its assessment of their application to acquire an additional fifty (50%) percent of the shares of Intercommercial Bank Ltd. and Intercommercial Trust and Merchant Bank Ltd., and has granted its approval for Jamaica Money Market Brokers Limited (JMMB) to acquire those shares and become the 100% shareholder.
