NFM - Final Notice Dividend Declaration

Please be advised that National Flour Mills Limited (NFM) has not paid the dividend of 8 cents on September 2, 2013, as per the Resolution passed at the Fortieth Annual Meeting of NFM on Tuesday 27th August, 2013.

This is due to the fact that the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange (TTSE), requires at least seven (7) days’ notice after a dividend declaration to accommodate an ex dividend trading period.

The new Record date for the dividend is Friday 13th September, 2013.

Shareholders can expect to receive their dividend cheques from Monday 23rd September, 2013.
