Neal and Massy Holdings Limited (NML) Offer to Purchase all of the Issued and Outstanding Shares of the Barbados Shipping & Trading Company Limited (BST) has been extended and is now open for acceptance until 5:00 p.m. on the 17th day of December, 2007, unless further extended or withdrawn.
