NOTICE OF EXTENSION BY NML

Neal & Massy Holdings Limited wishes to advise that its Offer dated the 28th day of August, 2007, as varied by the Notice of Variation dated the 1st day of September, 2007 and Notice of Change and Variation dated the 18th day of October, 2007 (collectively the “Offer”) to purchase all of the issued and outstanding Shares of the Barbados Shipping & Trading Company Limited (“BS&T’) has been extended and is now open for acceptance until 5:00pm on the 19th day of November, 2007 (“Closing Date”), unless further extended or withdrawn by Neal & Massy.

A Notice of Extension will be delivered to Shareholders of BS&T in accordance with the provisions of all applicable laws. Shareholders are further advised that except as set forth in and as amended by the Notice of Extension, the terms and conditions contained in the Offer will continue to apply in all respects and the Notice of Extension should be read in conjunction with the Offer previously mailed to Shareholders of BS&T.

Shareholders who have already accepted the Neal & massy revised Offer are not required to take any further action. Shareholders who now wish to accept the revised Offer must however properly complete the Revised Acceptance and Transfer Form and deposit it with any of the Designated Brokers by 5:00pm on November 19, 2007.
