NML - NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS OF BS&T

The Board of Directors of Neal & Massy Holdings Limited (“Neal & Massy”) wishes to advise Shareholders of The Barbados Shipping & Trading Company Limited (“BS&T”) of its intention to revise its Offer of 1st September, 2007 which is due to close at 5:00 pm on Thursday 18th October, 2007.

Neal & Massy will advise BS&T Shareholders of the terms of its revised Offer on Thursday 18th October, 2007. In the meantime, BS&T Shareholders are advised to await the revised Offer before tendering their BS&T Shares to Neal & Massy’s Designated Brokers.
