The Company advises that by written resolution dated March 29, 2021, the Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of $0.30 per share for the financial year ended December 31, 2020.

The Company further advises as follows:

• Payment date: September 21, 2021;

• Record date: September 03, 2021; and

• Ex-dividend date: September 01, 2021.
