NFM - Statement to Investors

Our organization is in the process of implementing a new enterprise reporting system. This project began at the start of 2007 and is likely to continue well into 2008 as various modules are implemented. However, the finance module is proving to be more difficult to implement than previously anticipated and consequently there will be a delay in the reporting of our half-year results.
We are assiduously working on the problems along with the foreign Software Provider and the local IT Consultant with a view to an early resolution.

We fully recognize our responsibility to provide timely reports to you our shareholders and ask you for your patience and tolerance in this regard.
