National Flour Mills Limited - Supplemental Notice of Annual Meeting

The Forty-Seventh Annual Meeting of the Shareholders of National Flour Mills Limited (NFM) will be held on Thursday 30th July 2020 in the Scarlet Ibis/Flamingo Rooms, Trinidad Hilton and Conference Centre, Lady Young Road, Port of Spain as the primary location as well as in Theatre 1, National Academy for the Performing Arts, Keate Street, Port of Spain as a secondary location. Both locations will be connected via Zoom app and shareholders can also attend the meeting via Zoom app.

Shareholders wishing to attend the meeting via Zoom app are required to pre-register for the meeting during the period Thursday 23rd July 2020 to Tuesday 28th July 2020.

To pre-register, shareholders are required to contact the persons listed hereunder in the Company’s Corporate Office to provide their names, addresses as listed in the Shareholders Register, email addresses and a valid identification number between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon:
