DBG Notice - Proposed Change of Company Financial Year End

Dehring Bunting & Golding Limited has advised the Stock Exchange that its Board of Directors has approved the change of the company’s financial year end from March 31st to October 31st, subject to the approval of the commissioner of Income Tax in Jamaica. This is in keeping with the financial year end of the other companies within the Scotiabank Group in order to facilitate accounting reporting on a consolidated basis.
