SFC Notice of Record Date for Payment of Final Dividend and Currency Conversion

The Directors of Sagicor Financial Corporation have by resolution declared a final dividend payment of 7 cents (Barbados Currency) for the year ended December 31, 2006 to be paid on May 11, 2007 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 19, 2007.

The Directors have also fixed a currency conversion record date of April 19, 2007 to be calculated as the average of the exchange selling rate as published by the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago at the close of business on April 19, 2007 and the four business days immediately preceding.
