This is to advise of the following transaction:

10,399,530 Ordinary Shares of Agostini’s Limited were listed on the Stock Exchange on Thursday 29th December 2016 and will become effective on Friday 30th December 2016, thus increasing the company’s issued share capital to 68,982,879 Ordinary Shares.
