NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS
DECLARATION OF DIVIDEND

On Tuesday December 20, 2016, the Board of Directors of Massy Holdings Ltd. Declared a final dividend of $1.59 cents per share, making the total dividend $2.10 cents per share, based on the results for the financial year ended September 30, 2016.

Pursuant to Section 110(1) of the Companies Act, Ch. 81:01, the Directors have fixed January 11, 2017 as the Record Date for determining the Shareholders of the Company who are entitled to receive payment of such dividend. The final dividend will be paid on January 25, 2017 to registered holders of shares at the close of business on January 11, 2017.
