GraceKennedy Limited - Notice of Dividend payment

GraceKennedy Limited Interim Dividend Payment

GraceKennedy Limited will make an interim dividend payment on 9th December, 2016 of 42 cents per stock unit or a total of approximately $416 Million to the stockholders on record at the close of business on 24th November 2016. This payment compares with $298 Million paid in December 2015. The Company’s Register of Members will be closed from the close of business on 24th November 2016 to 30th November 2016.

This was approved by the Company’s Board of Directors on 10th November 2016.
