Payment of Dividends

Further to the notice of payment of dividends published on Thursday, April 28, 2016, notice is hereby given that the Directors have fixed Friday, June 24, 2016 as the record date for the determination of Shareholders entitled to receive payment of such dividends. Dividend payments will be made to Shareholders who, as at the close of business on that date are listed on the Register of Members. A list of such Shareholders will be available for examination by Shareholders at the registered office of the Trinidad and Tobago Central Depository, 10th Floor, Nicholas Tower, 63-65 Independence Square, Port of Spain, during usual business hours.
