First Citizens Bank Limited - Changes in Directors

The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited (TTSE) received notice from FIRST that the following persons resigned as Directors from FIRST effective June 13th, 2016:

• Mr Joseph Toney;
• Mr. Hazar Hosein;
• Mr. Joel Pemberton; and
• Mr Jean Pierre du Coudray.

FIRST further advised that the following persons we appointed as Directors effective June 14th, 2016:

• Ms. Jayselle McFarlane;
• Mr. Troy Garcia;
• Mr. Idrees Omardeen;
• Mr. Samuel Henry;
• Mr. Anthony Isidore Smart; and
• Mr. Courtenay Braemar Williams.
