National Flour Mills Limited - Notice of Dividend Payment

The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited (TTSE) received notice from NFM that at its Forty-Third Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on Friday 1st July, 2016, at 10:30a.m. (in the Calypso Lounge, Level 12, Radisson Trinidad , 27-29 Wrightson Road, Port of Spain), NFM will be proposing the payment of a dividend of eight cents per share.

They further stated that the record date for the payment of the dividend will be Friday July 15th, 2016 with a payment date of Wednesday July 27th, 2016.
