Record Date For Issue Of Notice Of Special Meeting For First Citizens Bank Limited

In accordance with paragraph 13.2 of By-Law No. 1 of First Citizens Bank Limited (“the Company”), the Directors of the Company have fixed June 14, 2016 as the date of a Special Meeting which will be held at 10:00 a.m. at the La Boucan Room, Hilton Trinidad and Conference Centre, 1B Lady Young Road, Port of Spain, Trinidad. Formal notice of the meeting will be sent to shareholders on the Register of Members as at May 27, 2016 which has been fixed as the Record Date for the issue of this Notice of Meeting.

CLOSING OF REGISTER
The Register of Members will therefore be closed on May 27, 2016
