Angostura Holdings Limited - Change in Director

The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited (TTSE) received notice from AHL that at a Board of Directors meeting held on 12th May, 2016, the following persons we appointed on the Boards of AHL and Angostura Limited effective 12th May, 2016:

• Dr. Rolph N.S. Balgobin – Chairman/Director; and
• Mr. Kirby Anthony Hosang – Director.

The current Board of Directors of AHL comprises:

• Dr. Rolph N.S. Balgobin;
• Mr. Kirby Anthony Hosang;
• Marlon Holder;
• Krishna Boodhai; and
• Albert George Tom Yew

They further advised that at said meeting Ms. Bernadette Sammy was appointed Assistant Secretary to the Board of AHL.
