Pursuant to Section 63 and 67(2)(c) of the Securities Act 2012 (the “Act”) ANSA Merchant Bank Limited (the “Company”) wishes to advise its shareholders that the Company’s Annual Report for the year ended 31st December, 2015 (the “Annual Report 2015”) is now accessible on the Company’s website at:
