JMMB revamps subsidiary boards

JMMB Group has announced a restructuring of subsidiary boards, including flagship Jamaica Money Market Brokers Limited (JMMB Limited).

Dr Anne Crick, Donna Duncan Scott, Wayne Sutherland, Rodger Braham and Hugh Duncan have given up seats on the JMMB Limited board, while Audrey Deer-Williams joins as director and Kisha Anderson as an executive director. Deer-Williams is senior investment manager at National Insurance Fund, a state agency with a 4.6 per cent stake in JMMB Group.

Miss Keisha Forbes has resigned from the boards of JMMB Securities Limited and JMMB Money Transfer Limited.

And at JMMB Fund Managers Limited, both Sheldon Powe and Patrick Gray have resigned from the board.

In its Trinidadian operations, JMMB Group has appointed Dr Marlene Attz and Michal Andrews to the boards of JMMB Investments (Trinidad and Tobago) Limited and its subsidiary JMMB Securities (T&T) Limited.

All changes took effect April 15.
