Readymix (West Indies) Limited - Change in Director

READYMIX (WEST INDIES) LIMITED wishes to advise its shareholders and the public that, at the Company’s Annual General Meeting held on Friday April 15, 2016, the following changes were effected to the Company’s Board of Directors:

1. Mr. Parasram Heerah was removed as a Director of the Company, pursuant to Paragraph 4.6.4 of the Company’s By-law No. 1, effective April 15, 2016.
2. Mr. Luis Ali Moya was elected and appointed a Director of the Company, pursuant to Paragraph 4.6.4 of the Company’s By-law No. 1, effective April 15, 2016.

This Notice is published pursuant to Section 64(1)(b) of the Trinidad & Tobago Securities Act, 2012.
