Trinidad Cement Limited - Change of Director

Through correspondence dated February 16, 2016, Mr. Jose Bavaro Vallone tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of Trinidad Cement Limited with effect from February 25, 2016.

At a meeting of the Board of Directors held on February 25, 2016, the Directors, in accordance with Paragraph 4.4.2 of the Company’s Bye-laws, appointed Mr. Emilio Sáenz Arroniz as a Director effective February 25, 2016 to fill the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. Jose Bavaro Vallone, to hold office until the General Meeting of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2016, when he shall be eligible for election by Shareholders.

This Notice is published pursuant to Section 64(1)(b) of the Trinidad and Tobago Securities Act, 2012.
