Trinidad and Tobago NGL Limited - Notice of Final Dividend

Trinidad and Tobago NGL Limited is pleased to advise that based on the financial results for the year ending December 31, 2015 the Directors have declared a final dividend of $1.00 per share to Shareholders on the Register of Members as of April 21, 2016.

Closing of Register
Notice is hereby given that to facilitate the payment of the above dividend, the Register of Members will be closed on April 15, 2016. Dividends will be paid to Shareholders on May 6, 2016.
