RECORD DATE FOR ISSUE OF NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING FOR FIRST CITIZENS BANK LIMITED

The Directors of First Citizens Bank Limited have fixed April 14, 2016 as the date of the Annual Meeting for 2016 which will be held at 10:00 a.m. at the Grand Ballroom, Hilton Trinidad and Conference Centre, 1B Lady Young Road, Port of Spain, Trinidad.

Formal notice of the meeting will be sent to shareholders of the Register of Member as at March 4, 2016 which has been fixed as the Record Date for the issue of this Notice of Meeting.

CLOSING OF REGISTER

The Register of Members will therefore be closed on March 7, 2016.
