GUARDIAN MEDIA LIMITED announces the appointment of Mr. Lucio Mesquita to the position of Managing Director with effect from March 1, 2016.

Guardian Media Limited acknowledges and thanks Mr. Grenfell Kissoon who served in the position of Interim Managing Director up to February 29, 2016 and look forward to his continued contribution in the capacity of Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors.
