First Citizens Bank Limited - Adjustment of Annual Report 2015

The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited (TTSE) received notice from FIRST that there were two (2) minor errors stated on page 18 of the Annual Report (Ten Year Summary of Selected Financial Data 2006-2015) as follows:

1. At the top of the table, the word “Restated” should be deleted in both instances; and
2. The percentage under Efficiency Ratio for 2015 should be 55.80% and not 455.80%.
