NOTICE TO STAKEHOLDERS
CHANGE TO EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT

Trinidad Cement Limited (“TCL”) hereby advises that, under the terms of the Technical and Managerial Services Agreement dated April 23, 2015 between TCL and CEMEX, S.A.B de C.V., as amended by Amendment Agreement dated October 12, 2015, Mr. Luis Ali has been assigned to assume the position of Group Finance Manager, TCL Group, effective January 04, 2016.

This Notice is published pursuant to Section 64(1)(b) of the Trinidad and Tobago Securities Act, 2012.
