The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited (TTSE) received notice from L.J. Williams Limited that the annual meeting of L.J. Williams Limited will be held at Kapok Hotel, 16-18 Cotton Hill, St. Clair, Trinidad, on Friday 22nd January, 2016 at 3:00p.m.

L.J. Williams Limited further advised that the Directors have fixed Thursday 31st December, 2015 as the record date for the determination of shareholders of the company entitled to receive notice of the meeting.
