NOTICE OF CHANGE IN DIRECTOR

GRACEKENNEDY LIMITED (GKC)

The Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited (TTSE) received notice from GKC that consequent to the recent reorganization of Executive responsibilities within the GraceKennedy group, Mr. Michael Ranglin has resigned as a Director of the Board of GKC effective December 31st, 2015.

Mr. Ranglin remains a member of the GraceKennedy Executive Committee and is the Executive Chairman of GraceKennedy Properties Limited.
