NCBJ - Senior Management Changes

National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited has informed the Stock Exchange of the following changes to Senior Management:

- Based on Mr. Dennis Cohen having assumed responsibility for leading the finance function at National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited, his title has been revised to “Group Finance and Deputy Managing Director”
- Mr. Steven Gooden, who has been Deputy Chief Executive Officer of NCB Capital Markets Limited, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of that company effective October 1, 2013.
- Additionally, Mrs. Yvonne Clarke has been requested and has agreed to remain a director of NCB Capital Markets Limited, NCB Insurance Company Limited and Advantage General Insurance, and will therefore become a non-executive director of those companies on December 30, 2013.
