105,878 Ordinary Shares in GraceKennedy Limited will be admitted to the Official List of the Stock Exchange on Monday 28th April 2008, thus increasing the Company’s issued share capital to 330,799,185 Ordinary Shares.

These shares are issued pursuant to a Stock Option Plan for Managers of GraceKennedy Limited
