NFM - Submission of Financial Statements

The financial statements of National Flour Mills Limited (NFM) for the year ended December 31st 2007 were due by March 31st 2007 however; these financials have not yet been published. A meeting was held between officials from NFM and the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange Limited to discuss the reasons for the failure by NFM to publish their financial statements.

The Company regrets the delay, but has advised that all is being done at this time to ensure that the statements are published not later than Wednesday 7th May, 2008. In the interim, NFM has undertaken to publish a statement informing the public of the reasons for the delay in publishing their financial statements by Friday 2nd May, 2008.
