DBG Board of Directors resignations and appointments

The Stock Exchange sent a Memo via e-mail concerning the following resignations and appointments on Dehring Bunting & Golding's (DBG) Board of Directors:

On December 14, 2006 the following directors resigned from the Board of Directors of Dehring Bunting & Golding Limited:
Mr. Christopher Dehring Mr. Eugene Ffolkes
Ms. Deanne Bell Mr. Peter Reid
Mr. Barclay Ewart

On the same date the following directors were appointed to the Board:
Ms. Barbara Alexander Ms. Muna Issa
Mr. Anthony Chang Prof. Stephen vasciannie
Mr. William Clarke

Mr. David Noel has been appointed as the Company Secretary effective December 14, 2006.
